International Women in Business (IWIB) Stockholm networking group will commemorate its first anniversary with a charitable afternoon tea to raise funds for WONSA – World of No Sexual Abuse. We are so grateful and really looking forward to this event.
In light of the SVT documentary and social media movement #brinnförjosefin about the mental and sexual abuse the Swedish singer and actress Josefin Nilsson suffered for several years, IWIB has chosen to raise funds for Wonsa.
The event is held at Kapitel 8 at Tändstickpalatset, Västra Trädgårdsgatan 15 in Stockholm. It starts at 16.30 and ends at 19.00.
The price is 700 SEK, and after covering the cost of the event, 100% of the funds will be donated to Wonsa.
Doctor Gita Rajan, founder of Wonsa, will be there to talk about the organization.
Kerstin Dejemyr, police woman will also be there to talk about her work in cases with violence against women. She was also part of the Swedish police force’s #metoo movement, #nödvärn.
